Each Sunday morning, the Prayer team invites those who wish to pray before the service to come to the library at 10:30 AM to have a quiet time of praying and preparing your hearts to worship the Lord.

– August 28: “The Chosen”; S4 E8, 2nd half: “Humble” – Jesus refuses to look and act like the Messiah everyone expects—arriving like a lamb instead of a lion and riding a donkey instead of a war horse.

Thursday – MEN’S BIBLE STUDY – Noon – Lunch provided.

MISSION OF THE MONTH FOR SEPTEMBER – Alliance Defending Freedom – Launched in 1994 by leaders in the Christian community, ADF is the World’s largest legal organization committed to protecting religious freedom, free speech, the sanctity of life, marriage and family and parental rights. Its focus is to defend Christians and other religious minorities against persecution and to advocate for free speech and religious freedom.

BENEVOLENCE FUND – The benevolence fund is used to aid families with unexpected or high medical expenses, victims of natural disasters. The unemployed, the under employed and in other similar circumstances.

LIFE LINE SCREENING will be here at Minnewashta Church on Friday, September 6, 2024. Minnewashta Church has been given three (3) free vouchers for this screening. Please contact Debra via church email if you would like to claim one.
