- IMPORTANT NOTICE: Mailboxes have been moved into the office to make room for The Branch using the room for office space. Some items still need to be cleared from the built-in cabinets and the table. Anything not removed by the “Work/Clean Up” day will be tossed. NOTE: Some of
the items have been boxed and located in the coat room in the Fellowship Hall. Please check to see if anything needs saving. - The Branch will be here on August 7 at 3:00 PM for a “Work Day” – please plan on joining them!
- The PIANO and DESK located in the Fellowship Hall are for sale. Make an offer if you are interested.
- Be sure to sign up to bring a salad or dessert for our August 21 Outreach Sunday. MN Adult and Teen Challenge will be here giving testimonies & we are providing lunch following.
- Please get in the habit of using the CALENDAR link on the website. You can find it on the “What’s Happening” drop down menu. It’s the place to find a meeting or to see if the building is in use.
- Park Nicollet is offering training sessions for those who are interested in Hospice Volunteering. Commitment is maximum of 4 hours per week (or less). If you are away seasonally, they can accommodate. If you are interested in finding out more, contact Colleen Hass 952-234-0594 or by

Need helpers to pull weeds from both flower gardens and from the rocks around the building foundation. Also help with watering is appreciated.
- FOOD SHELF – Please continue to give generously. You may leave non-perishable items on the shelves provided near the office. Items are taken to Bountiful Basket in Chaska.
- MISSION OF THE MONTH/August –MN Adult and Teen Challenge restores hope to the people struggling with drugs and alcohol abuse and other life controlling issues. We welcome them on for their testimonies on Sunday, August 21. First Sunday contributions go to benefit Minnewashta Church Benevolence Fund.
- We need volunteers to make Sunday treats and coffee. Sign up sheet is in the Fellowship Hall.
- If you have an item for the Sunday Announcements, please get your request to the church office by Wednesday.
